Before you contact us, you MUST have done the following: Taken an Ancestry.com DNA test and have received your results. Uploaded your RAW DNA to Gedmatch.com, Uploaded your RAW DNA to MyHeritage.com (you can find instructions for doing so on our FAQ page) Download The Gene Sleuths document on this page and provide us with all information that is known.
